As a fourth year veterinary student, the word “vet” is both the profession I will soon enter and what I will undergo in the short time I have left in school.
I am female (like 75% of all people in American vet schools) and in my early twenties (also pretty typical), and I am now entering my clinical (and final) year at one of the top veterinary schools in the nation.
